SERAA Pulze | AI Meeting & Market Intelligence Platform | Covasant

SalesPulze is now SERAA Pulze. SalesPulze and MarketPulze are the two editions of SERAA Pulze. Same product, same roadmap, one name, existing contracts, APIs and deployments are unaffected.

What your best reps know, everywhere.

Most of what your enterprise knows was never typed into a system.

SERAA Pulze captures those signals that never reaches a system of record, such as tribal knowledge from meetings and field conversations, external market movement, and puts those signals to work. Two editions on one architecture: SalesPulze for revenue teams and MarketPulze for brand and competitive intelligence.

SIGNAL · HIGH CONFIDENCE

A new revenue risk signal is emerging.

Competitor pilot terms, pricing pressure, and compliance friction are appearing together across independent signals.

Standalone Or feeding Synapse and Axon

Your systems of record only know what somebody bothered to type in.

The reason a deal was lost, the objection that keeps recurring, the competitor mentioned in three conversations this week, none of it is in the CRM. It lives in people's heads, and it leaves when they do.

PROBLEM 01

Tribal knowledge stays tribal

What the best rep understands about a segment is not written down anywhere an agent, or a new hire, could ever read it.

Signal Capture

PROBLEM 02

Market signal arrives late

Competitive and brand movement is discovered in a quarterly review rather than the week it happened.

Market Motion

PROBLEM 03

Notes are not intelligence

Meeting transcription is now commodity. A transcript nobody structures, scores or links to a source is a longer document.

Evidence Provenance

PROBLEM 04

Signal stays siloed

Captured in a sales tool and never shared, it improves one team's quarter. Value comes from where it flows next.

System Flow

One architecture, two functional buyers.

MARKET

MarketPulze

Shares the Pulze ingestion and scoring layer

Brand and competitive intelligence. Ingests industry publications, social feeds, filings and news into the same signal layer, so external movement is compared against internal reality in one place.

Market & Brand Intelligence

A meeting-notes tool is a feature. A sensing layer is infrastructure.

Transcription is commoditised. What is not commoditised is signal that arrives structured, confidence-scored, linked back to source, and routed into a memory layer where the rest of the estate can use it.

Capture

Meetings, field conversations, industry publications, social feeds and filings enter one signal layer alongside the systems you already run.

Structure and score

Raw signal is structured against entities the platform already understands, confidence-scored, and linked back to the exact source so nothing is asserted without provenance.

Route into memory

Captured signal becomes a candidate in Synapse. A human reviews it. Approved signal becomes shared knowledge every downstream agent can read.

Compound

Once it is in memory and grounded against Axon's Golden Records, the same signal improves answers and agent behaviour far outside the function that captured it.

The condition that matters

The signal Pulze captures is only worth what it feeds. Run standalone it pays for itself inside one function. Run connected, with capture flowing into Synapse and grounded against Axon’s Golden Records, the same conversation improves answers and agent behaviour far outside the team that recorded it. Siloed in a sales tool, it stays a feature.

From what was said to something a system can act on.

Conversations and market noise enter as raw capture and leave as scored, attributed signal. The provenance engine keeps every claim linked to the moment it came from, and confidence scoring marks how much weight it deserves, so a coaching cue or a pipeline-risk flag can always be traced back to the sentence that produced it rather than taken on trust.

What is SERAA Pulze?+

SERAA Pulze is an AI-powered intelligence platform and the Sense layer of Covasant’s SERAA platform. It captures signals that are often missed by traditional systems of record—such as what was discussed in meetings, what teams learn from the field, and how markets are changing—and turns them into structured, actionable intelligence. SERAA Pulze runs on a single architecture with two editions: SalesPulze, designed for revenue teams and previously known as SalesPulze, and MarketPulze, designed for brand, market, and competitive intelligence.

Which editions of SERAA Pulze are available today?+

The Sales edition of SERAA Pulze is live today, and the Market edition of SERAA Pulze follows from September 2026. Both editions run on one ingestion and scoring architecture rather than as separate products, so adopting the second does not mean a second implementation.

What does SERAA Pulze capture, and from which sources?+

SERAA Pulze captures business signals from meetings, field conversations, industry publications, social feeds, filings, and the systems organizations already use. It brings these signals into a common intelligence layer so they can be structured, analyzed, and connected to the business context. Sales Pulze focuses on customer conversations and the coaching and execution signals within them. Market Pulze focuses on external market movement, including brand and competitor sentiment, helping organizations compare what is happening in the market with what their internal systems and teams are reporting.

How Covasant’s SERAA Pulze is different from a meeting transcription or notetaker tool?+

SERAA Pulze goes beyond meeting transcription and note-taking by turning conversation signals into structured, actionable intelligence. While transcription and AI notetaker tools primarily capture and summarize what was said, SERAA Pulze processes what was captured after the meeting. It structures signals against entities the platform recognizes, assigns confidence scores, links insights back to the exact source evidence, and stores them in a shared intelligence layer that other parts of the organization can use. This turns conversation data into a traceable source of business intelligence rather than leaving it as another transcript or meeting summary. Traditional CRM and reporting systems primarily depend on information that users or connected systems enter into them. SERAA Pulze captures signals that often never make it into those systems in the first place.

How do we know a claim from SERAA Pulze is accurate?+

Every claim SERAA Pulze produces is confidence-scored and evidence-linked, so it traces back to the moment it came from rather than being asserted on trust. A coaching cue or a pipeline risk flag can be followed back to the sentence that produced it. The confidence score tells you how much weight a signal deserves before anyone acts on it.

Does captured signal become shared company knowledge automatically?+

No. Signal captured by SERAA Pulze enters SERAA Synapse as a candidate rather than as fact, and a person reviews it before it becomes shared knowledge that downstream agents can read. SERAA Synapse is in alpha, with its first customer pilot from September 2026. Until a reviewer approves it, a signal stays a signal.

Can we run SERAA Pulze on its own, or do we need the rest of the platform?+

SERAA Pulze runs standalone, and it is the lowest-friction way into the SERAA platform because a functional leader can adopt it without an enterprise data program first. Run that way, it pays for itself inside one function. Run connected, capture flows into SERAA Synapse, which is in alpha, and is grounded against the Golden Records that SERAA Axon maintains. It is designed so that the same conversation can improve answers outside the team that recorded it.

Who inside the business owns SERAA Pulze?+

SERAA Pulze is typically owned by the business function that needs better intelligence and measurable outcomes, rather than requiring a central IT program to get started. For Sales Pulze, the business owner is typically revenue leadership, such as a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Sales Operations leader, or sales enablement leader. For Market Pulze, ownership typically sits with marketing, market intelligence, or competitive intelligence teams. SERAA Pulze can be adopted by a functional team without requiring an IT sponsor to lead the initial implementation. IT can become involved as the deployment expands or integrates with broader enterprise systems, but the business function can start with a focused use case and demonstrate measurable value. In short, the business function owns the outcome; IT does not have to own the adoption.

Where can SERAA Pulze be deployed?+

SERAA Pulze deploys on Google Cloud, on Azure, or into a sovereign environment inside your own perimeter, which covers managed cloud and single-tenant sovereign VPC. Air-gapped deployment is available elsewhere in the SERAA platform but is not part of the SERAA Pulze deployment set today. If custody of conversation data is the deciding factor, raise it early so that architects can walk your security team through the options.

What happens to what a rep knows when they leave?+

The judgment stays when the person does not. What your best rep understands about a segment, the objection that keeps recurring, the reason a deal was actually lost, none of that is written anywhere a new hire or an agent could read it. SERAA Pulze captures it as it happens, scores it, and routes it into memory, so the understanding outlives the tenure.

Start where the pain is visible this quarter.

Pulze is the fastest of the four to show a number a functional leader can take to their board, and the signal it captures makes everything above it smarter.
